This one-day foundation course introduces Outlook core concepts and functionality. Ideal for new users, those who are self-taught, or looking for a refresher. This workshop will show you how to:

Prerequisites: To get the most from this workshop, you will be confident using the keyboard and mouse. Knowledge of another Microsoft application is beneficial but not mandatory.

Duration: One day (9:30 - 16:30)

Ideal for those who have already mastered core Outlook functionality and are looking to extend their “toolkit”. This one-day comprehensive course includes: tips on managing meeting invitations; setting up folder permissions and delegate access; creating an easy to use task management system and more!  

You will learn how to:
